Content Policy

This policy governs every generation request submitted to VIDHAPI. It applies to all models on the platform, to text prompts and to uploaded reference images, and it is enforced automatically on every request before any generation begins. Using the service constitutes acceptance of this policy.

1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and content involving minors

You may not use VIDHAPI to request, generate, upload, store, distribute, or sell any content that sexualises a minor, or that depicts, describes, or implies a person under the age of 18 in a sexual, nude, or sexually suggestive context. This prohibition applies in full to synthetic, AI-generated, animated, illustrated, and fictional depictions, and applies regardless of any claim that the subject is fictional or of legal age.

This is an absolute prohibition. VIDHAPI reports apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant authorities as required by law, and preserves the associated account, prompt, and connection records.

2. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

You may not request or generate intimate, nude, or sexual depictions of any real, identifiable person without that person's documented consent. This includes, without limitation: sexual deepfakes; "nudify", undressing, or clothing-removal requests applied to a photograph of a real person; imagery derived from hidden cameras, upskirt, or voyeuristic sources; and the redistribution of intimate images shared without consent ("revenge pornography").

3. Non-consensual sexual activity

You may not request or generate depictions of rape, sexual assault, sexual coercion, or sexual activity involving a person who is unconscious, asleep, intoxicated, drugged, or otherwise incapable of giving consent.

4. Adult content — restricted to verified adults

VIDHAPI is a general-purpose creative video and image platform. Adult content is not what we sell and is not marketed by us, but some models on the platform are capable of producing it.

Content depicting nudity or sexual activity may be generated only by account holders who have completed 18+ age verification. If you have not completed verification, or your verified date of birth indicates you are under 18, requests of this nature are blocked automatically and are not processed. See Age Verification.

Age verification permits adult content only. It does not permit anything in Sections 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6 of this policy. Those categories are prohibited for every user without exception, and no account status of any kind permits them.

5. Bestiality

You may not request or generate depictions of sexual activity between a human and an animal, or sexual depictions of animals.

6. Incest

You may not request or generate depictions of sexual activity between family members, whether biological, step, adoptive, or implied.

7. Other prohibited content

• Content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the user or of VIDHAPI.
• Extreme or gratuitous violence, gore, mutilation, torture, or depictions of death intended to shock.
• Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or hatred against a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Impersonation of a real, identifiable individual for the purpose of deception, fraud, defamation, or harassment.
• Content infringing the intellectual property, likeness, or publicity rights of a third party.
• Content intended to facilitate fraud, scams, or the creation of fraudulent identity documents.

8. Reference image uploads

Where a model accepts a reference image, you may upload only images that you own or are otherwise authorised to use. You may not upload images of a minor for use in any generation. You may not upload an image of a real, identifiable person in order to produce intimate, sexual, or defamatory depictions of that person.

9. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. Age verification is required before any adult-tier content may be generated, and is enforced server-side on every request. A verified date of birth indicating you are under 18 is treated the same as no verification at all. Submitting a false date of birth is a violation of this policy and of our Terms & Conditions. 10. Enforcement

Enforcement is automated and applies to every request:

• Every prompt is screened against this policy before any credit is charged and before any request is submitted for generation. Blocked requests are never processed and are never billed.
• Screening is applied to every account. Age verification changes only whether Section 4 content is permitted; it never relaxes Sections 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6.
• Blocked requests are recorded with the account, timestamp, IP address, matched category, and prompt text.
• Requests matching Section 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6 record a strike against the account. Accounts accumulating strikes are suspended and reviewed manually.
• Confirmed attempts to generate content under Section 1 result in immediate permanent termination, preservation of records, and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.
• Attempts to evade automated screening — including character substitution, spacing, obfuscation, or the use of coded terminology — are themselves a violation of this policy and are treated as such.

11. Reporting

To report content or an account that may violate this policy, email support@vidhapi.app with the details. Reports concerning child safety or non-consensual imagery are prioritised and actioned on receipt.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as our controls develop or as legal and regulatory requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
